Social and Community Manager

About the Role
We are a fast-growing operator in the sweepstakes social casino space, serving the US market from our offices in Limassol. We're looking for a Social and Community Manager to own our voice across every major social platform, build and energize our player community, and turn social channels into a real driver of brand love, engagement, and acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own brand presence across all major social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Reddit
  • Build, manage, and grow active player communities (Discord, Facebook groups, subreddits, and more)
  • Plan and execute the social content calendar across organic and promotional content
  • Create and curate engaging content – posts, threads, memes, short-form video, and community announcements
  • Engage daily with the community: comments, DMs, mentions, threads, and Q&A
  • Moderate community channels and enforce community guidelines
  • Run social-led campaigns, giveaways, and promotional activations
  • Monitor brand sentiment, surface emerging issues, and lead crisis communications when needed
  • Identify and partner with influencers, streamers, and content creators
  • Drive UGC (user-generated content) initiatives and community spotlights
  • Track KPIs across platforms: reach, engagement, follower growth, sentiment, and conversion
  • Coordinate with CRM, brand, and marketing teams on cross-channel campaigns
  • Stay ahead of social trends, platform changes, and community best practices
  • Ensure all social and community activity is compliant with sweepstakes and advertising rules

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience managing all major social platforms, including X and Reddit
  • Hands-on community management experience – building, growing, and moderating active online communities
  • AI mindset – actively leverages AI tools in day-to-day work and identifies opportunities to embed AI into content, community, and workflows
  • Strong content creation skills across copy, image, and short-form video
  • Excellent written English with a sharp sense of voice, tone, and platform nuance
  • Data-driven approach with experience tracking and reporting on social KPIs
  • Willingness and ability to work full-time from our Limassol office

Nice to Have

  • Experience with the American market and US audience tone of voice
  • Background in gaming, iGaming, social casino, or sweepstakes
  • Influencer and creator partnership experience
  • Discord community building and moderation experience
  • Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools
  • Experience with paid social as a complement to organic activity
