About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our POS Lending / BNPL team and take on a broad mix of business, product, and commercial initiatives.
This is not a narrow feature PM role with one clean ownership area and a fixed roadmap. We need a versatile, self-driven person who can hold a lot of context, work across several moving pieces at once, and help the team move faster on pilots, pricing, promos, product setup, and unit economics.
A big part of the role is about testing and launching different ideas with partners: setting the right product parameters, checking the economics, aligning with analytics and tech, preparing the setup in systems, syncing with sales in the field, and then launching and learning from the results.
The role is especially relevant for someone who is comfortable in messy, fast-changing environments and does not need everything to be perfectly structured in advance.
About the Product
POS is one of our core products and one of the first ones we launched in 2022.
Today, we work with more than 10,000 partner stores and we have served >1M customers, and the business keeps growing fast. The next stage of growth depends not only on strategy, but on a lot of detailed work across pricing, partner setups, promos, origination, and sales execution in the field.
This is a complex offline B2B2C model: in many cases there is limited digital trace, different product categories require different issuance logic, and a lot depends on how the product is actually used and explained in the field.
What You Will Own
Drive a wide range of initiatives across POS business and nearby areas
Run pilots and tests with partners
Help define and launch rates, pricing logic, promos, and product conditions
Support product infrastructure topics such as tariff setup, promotions, onboarding, and origination-related changes
Work on improving unit economics and product profitability
Coordinate with analytics, development, and field sales teams to move initiatives from idea to launch
Help ensure product changes are clearly explained and operationalized in the field
Hold several parallel workstreams at once and keep them moving without losing context
What We Expect From the Candidate
Must Have
A solid experience in product management, project management, or business/product analytics
Strong analytical profile and confidence working with unit economics, calculations, estimations, and business models
Ability to quickly build a rough model and assess how a change in rates, terms, or promo mechanics may affect profitability
Ability to work independently and move tasks forward without detailed step-by-step guidance
Comfort working across several different topics at once
Strong structured communication and ability to align with analytics, tech, sales, and business stakeholders
Adaptability and readiness to work in an environment where responsibilities are broad and not fully fixed
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, lending, credit products, or financial services
Strong quantitative background in STEM, mathematics, economics, or a similar field
Experience working with pricing, pilots, promos, commercial initiatives, or partner launches
Experience in offline or field-heavy business models
Experience working closely with sales teams or explaining product mechanics to field teams
