Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a growing Telecommunications company based in Larnaca.
What you’ll do:
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, conferences and other channels
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Introduce the company’s Telecommunications platform to potential customers
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Develop tailored outreach and follow-up sequences
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion and pipeline growth
- Track performance metrics and outreach effectiveness
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales / SDR / business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed targets
- Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
Nice to have:
- Experience in technology or Telecommunications industry
- Experience with outreach automation and sequencing tools
