Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a growing Telecommunications company based in Larnaca.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate and qualify new business leads
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, conferences and other channels
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Introduce the company’s Telecommunications platform to potential customers
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Develop tailored outreach and follow-up sequences
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion and pipeline growth
  • Track performance metrics and outreach effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales / SDR / business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed targets
  • Experience with outbound sales and lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience in technology or Telecommunications industry
  • Experience with outreach automation and sequencing tools
