Role Overview

As VP of Business Development, you will be responsible for helping financial advisors understand the value of combining Vestmark's industry leading daily-tax-optimized UMA platform and sub-advisory services. You will serve as a key liaison between Vestmark and external distribution partners, driving platform awareness and adoption through collaborative networking and consultative engagement.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strategic relationships with field distribution teams, home office leadership, and key decision-makers at partner firms through proactive outreach, consultative conversations, and regular touchpoints. Network extensively across the financial services landscape to identify new distribution opportunities and deepen existing partnerships with RIAs and wealth management platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience
  • Proven track record in relationship management and networking within financial services
  • Passion for financial technology and understanding of wealth management platforms, investment management, and operational efficiency solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results independently
  • Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape
