Fintech company is looking for an Infrastructure Lead to manage and develop mission-critical infrastructure and lead a team of System Administrators and DevOps Engineers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Infrastructure Lead / DevOps / System Administration experience
- Team management experience
- Strong Linux, VMware, PostgreSQL, Nginx knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Bash, Python
- Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch
- Networking, Cloudflare, VPN, Zero Trust
- Windows Server, Active Directory, RDS
- Experience with high-load and highly available systems
Responsibilities:
- Manage infrastructure (on-premise & cloud)
- Lead and mentor infrastructure team
- Ensure 24/7 availability and reliability
- Implement HA, DR, backup and security solutions
- Develop monitoring, automation and CI/CD processes
- Collaborate with development teams and improve scalability
