- Manage sales planning, forecasting, and management of the region to meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Coach, mentor, and engage sales and service team to promote professional development and performance to goals
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Regularly travel with sales team to distributors and end-user sites to assess customer needs and offer solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and presentations to enhance key account growth and engagement
- Support the utilization of CRM for all prospecting and customer activities
