Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain printers and multifunction devices.
• Diagnose and resolve printer hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Refill toner cartridges and perform preventive maintenance.
• Configure network printing services and user access.
• Provide first-line Help Desk support for end users.
• Install and configure software, workstations, and peripherals.
• Maintain inventory of printers, consumables, and IT equipment.
• Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, printer maintenance, or a related role.
• Strong practical knowledge of printer installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience working with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues.
• Technical English proficiency; conversational English is an advantage.
• Fluency in Russian, and Uzbek.
