In this role, you will be part of Run & Build team:

  • Provide L3 support for an AMA (Asset Management App)
  • Maintain code, review & fix bugs, escalate to third-party
  • Maintain and review integration (REST, Endpoints, etc.)
  • Resolve Incidents, Problems and support Changes
  • Adapt and diversifying the Support service according to internal needs;
  • Prepare of activity reports: daily / or weekly / or monthly
  • Respond promptly to any problem reported in order to solve or escalate, respecting the working procedures and the reaction time provided;

We are looking for someone with following background

  • A customer oriented software engineer;
  • Has prior experience in RUN/Build/Admin/ITIL;
  • Data Collection Pipelines and Data Cleanup;
  • Knowledge of data transfer and communications equipment;
  • Good command of Python; Pandas or similar data library;
  • Good command of Data Collection and Data Structures;
  • Ability to work both in a team and individually;
  • Mandatory languages: English and French;
  • Customer oriented;
