We are looking for a talented Senior Solution Engineer to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our EU Aftermarket Meritor Department in the Czech Republic.
We offer a fully remote position based in the Czech Republic, with approximately 10% business travel, mainly to Germany and the UK.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design, document, configure, test, and implement fit-for-purpose technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Translate stakeholder needs into integrated solution designs, workflows, architecture diagrams, data models, and configuration documentation.
- Support solution development, customization, integration, data migration, and testing to ensure systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Validate integrations, data flows, interoperability, and solution performance to ensure accuracy, quality, reliability, and a seamless user experience.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across design, configuration, implementation, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, IT service providers, and business partners to ensure work is delivered to agreed quality, schedule, cost, security, privacy, and performance expectations.
- Facilitate design walkthroughs, presentations, knowledge-sharing, and training sessions to support stakeholder alignment, solution adoption, and support readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks, dependencies, process inefficiencies, and enhancement opportunities that improve solution performance, usability, and business value.
