Key responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction
- Developing and implementing account plans
- Identifying new business opportunities and expansions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Providing regular reports and updates to clients
- Managing accounts and ensuring retention
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and protocols
- Providing training and orientations to clients on using ••••••• products
- Holding regular client meetings and taking notes
- Ensuring effective communication via email and messengers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Previous experience supporting the US market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience
- Willingness to learn about insurance, dentistry, and technology
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience in insurance, dental/healthcare, startups, or B2B software is a plus
