Ipoteka bank (OTP Group) is a leading bank in Uzbekistan. We're looking for a Middle Data Analyst to join the Collections team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and factors impacting collections performance.
- Evaluate and optimize collection strategies.
- Develop reports and dashboards for key business metrics.
- Contribute to the development of DWH and data marts.
- Partner with business teams and support segmentation and predictive analytics initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Banking industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in at least two of: English, Russian, Uzbek.
