Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience and be able to build deep talent pipelines and identify great candidates across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, ideally with performance marketing agency experience
  • Experience in recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops, etc.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK, and US markets
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices
