We are looking for a Data Analyst (Collections) to strengthen the intersection of analytics and business and drive systematic improvements in our collection processes.
This role will focus on generating and prioritizing hypotheses, running experiments end-to-end, and translating insights into implemented process changes. The goal is to increase experimentation velocity, focus on the highest-impact initiatives, and deliver measurable business results within the first year.
Key responsibilities
Identification, formulation, validation, and prioritization of process improvement hypotheses
End-to-end execution of AB-tests
Delivery of new features and process changes in collection
Development and maintenance of process efficiency metrics
Collaboration with development, analytics, and business stakeholders
What we expect from candidate
Experience in an analytical or product role within operational processes (e.g., collection, telesales, customer service)
Ability to independently manage initiatives end-to-end
Experience designing and running A/B tests
Strong data skills (SQL)
Solid understanding of process thinking and efficiency metrics
Self-starter: able to work without micromanagement, with regular syncs on plans and results
Nice to have - direct experience in collection processes
