Duties:

  • Lead pre-sales technical engagements for enterprise storage and data infrastructure projects;
  • Design end-to-end solutions covering:
  • Enterprise Storage (SAN, NAS, Object Storage);
  • Compute and Server Infrastructure;
  • Virtualization Platforms (e.g., VMware, KVM, Hyper-V);
  • Database Workloads (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.);
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions;
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify business opportunities and support deal closure;
  • Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers;
  • Support RFP/RFQ responses, solution architecture development, and competitive positioning activities;
  • Provide technical support for projects across Central Asia and South Caucasus countries;
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation;
  • Monitor industry trends and provide technical insights to support strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of pre-sales experience in enterprise storage solutions;
  • Proven track record of participating in large-scale IT infrastructure projects;
  • Strong expertise in storage technologies, including All-Flash, Hybrid, SAN, NAS, and Object Storage solutions;
  • Solid understanding of: Compute and Server Infrastructure (x86 Architecture），Virtualization Technologies Databases and Enterprise Applications Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions；
  • Familiarity with multi-vendor environments (e.g., Dell, HPE, NetApp, etc.);
  • Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions;
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of managing complex projects independently;
  • Fluency in Russian is mandatory;
  • Good command of English is required.

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
