The Regional Sales Manager II is responsible for selling A. M. Castle products within an assigned territory, managing and growing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities for profitable growth.

Requirements

  • Five years of related experience
  • Two years direct outside account management sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated sales skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • PC literacy, proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Good organizational skills
