Requirements
- Manage inbound lead flow by prioritizing, organizing, and supporting timely follow up to maximize conversion into qualified opportunities
- Analyze prospect data to identify qualification signals and deliver insights that improve lead routing and engagement strategies
- Conduct targeted account and contact research to uncover buying signals and support early stage opportunity development
- Maintain CRM data integrity to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and enable effective forecasting and reporting
- Develop and refine outreach messaging that improves response rates and aligns with brand positioning
- Support cross functional initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency, reporting accuracy, and response processes
- Observe and synthesize product demonstration insights to strengthen understanding of customer use cases and value drivers
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive coordinated campaign follow up and improve lead lifecycle management
