We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join the team in the Limassol office, supporting the company’s financial ecosystem and ensuring a seamless payment experience for users and partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for payment partners; maintain and strengthen relationships with providers and gateways; coordinate communication on operational and technical issues
- Monitor daily payment processing activities, handle reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy, manage payment gateways and operational workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve transaction speed and efficiency; develop and optimize internal payment workflows; collaborate with IT on automation initiatives and system upgrades
- Track KPIs and analyze payment performance metrics; prepare reports on transaction volumes, success rates, and error trends; identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Resolve payment-related inquiries; support continuous improvement of the customer payment journey
Requirements:
- Experience in payment operations, fintech, or financial services is an advantage
- Experience working with payment gateways and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Mandatory: Russian and English
