Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. We are seeking a Private Equity Expert to evaluate financial models, provide insights, and guide decision-making.
What You Will Do
Evaluate financial models, review market sizing and TAM analysis, develop investment summaries and memos, collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes, process NDA/legal documents, and source potential deals.

Must have at least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms, expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis, proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos, experience with CIM creation and due diligence, ability to process NDA/legal documents, and skills in sourcing for deals.
