Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation for complex digital products
- Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar process modeling methodologies
- Experience with use cases, user stories, process optimization, and gap analysis
- Understanding of AI solution requirements and UAT processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have: Insurance industry experience
Languages: English — Upper-Intermediate and higher
