Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-impact Growth team focused on improving user activation and onboarding experiences. The team plays a critical role in helping new users discover value quickly through personalized, data-driven journeys and seamless product experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for a product-minded engineer who enjoys working close to the business, experimenting rapidly, and driving measurable improvements across the customer journey.
What You Will Do
As part of the Activation team, you will help design and build experiences that guide users from initial engagement to successful product adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing onboarding flows, contextual user experiences, and interactive product features.
Building and maintaining scalable full stack solutions using modern technologies.
Driving experimentation initiatives through A/B testing, feature flags, and data-driven decision making.
Creating systems that leverage user behavior and engagement signals to personalize user journeys.
Improving system reliability, monitoring, and observability across team-owned services.
Working in an AI-enabled engineering environment, utilizing modern development tools and workflows while maintaining high standards for quality and security.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Backend development experience with Python, Go, or Kotlin.
Proven experience building modern full stack products and distributed systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks, analytics, event tracking, and A/B testing.
Product-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering business impact and user value.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience architecting and scaling complex web applications.
Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and modern frontend architecture.
Experience working with AI-assisted development tools.
Familiarity with observability platforms such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, Mixpanel, Hex, or similar solutions.
