Overview

EPAM is seeking an EDI Analyst to become part of the team during the busy season.

In this position, you will oversee daily operations, support the onboarding of new partners, and help sustain the reliability of the company's EDI environment. The team operates within the US EST time zone, and candidates are expected to have at least a working overlap between 9 am and 12 pm EST.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and control the daily flow of EDI transactions across all live SPS Commerce integrations, making sure documents are exchanged accurately and on time
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and fix functional acknowledgment (997) failures, mapping errors and issues related to trading partner compliance
  • Run and review certification and regression tests within the SPS Commerce portal while onboarding new partners or applying specification updates
  • Interact directly with trading partners to resolve EDI inconsistencies and relay any updates to requirements
  • Keep integration logs, mapping documentation and trading partner profiles in eVision up to date
  • Assist with small-scale map adjustments in TIE Kinetix eVision Enterprise, working under the direction of the EDI Developer

Requirements

  • No less than 2 years of professional experience in a related area
  • Strong working knowledge of EDI standards and X12 protocols used for electronic data interchange
  • Ability to understand and interpret raw EDI files at the segment and element level
  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and an AI-First approach that enables faster ramp-up and productivity from the very first day
  • Effective communication skills to successfully manage relationships with trading partners
  • Keen attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward spotting, escalating and correcting errors

Nice to have

  • Practical experience using SPS Commerce, including its trading partner portal, test environments and compliance-related workflows
  • Working knowledge of TIE Kinetix eVision Enterprise for monitoring transactions and carrying out basic configuration activities
