Inova Health System is seeking a dedicated Clinical Quality Data Analyst to join the team. The role involves working with physicians and clinicians to ensure quality standards are met and data is collected accurately.
Requirements
- Works with physicians, clinicians, and other individuals involved in quality improvement initiatives and clinical quality measure processes.
- Helps physicians and clinicians to identify clinical quality measure requirements and provide guidance on how to best meet them.
- Accurately maintains an interrater reliability of 95% or better or assigned populations.
- Collects data and completes assigned quality reviews within specified timeframes.
- Collects and documents, accurately and completely, all required data elements.
- Utilizes specialized/clinical expertise when collecting data on clinical quality measures.
- Conducts data abstraction based on specific techniques.
- Trains and educates others on the clinical quality measurement requirements.
