This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
- Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
- Define process standards and improve operational metrics for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
- Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
- Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
Requirements
- Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control
- Ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
- High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
- Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
Benefits
