Huzzle is seeking a B2B Sales Development Representative with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, tech, or digital services environments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in high-volume outbound sales, strong cold calling skills, and experience selling or supporting SaaS products. Requirements

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) targeting B2B tech and SaaS buyers
  • Execute 80–120+ calls per day, engaging decision-makers such as founders, directors, and C-level executives
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and SaaS-specific pain points
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate technical and SaaS value propositions in a compelling, concise manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging to improve conversion rates in competitive SaaS markets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaigns, targeting, and pipeline strategy
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
