We are hiring a Head of SEO to own our entire SEO strategy — content, technical, off-page and AI search. You'll be both architect and operator: setting the strategy, building the team, and shipping the work.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in SEO, with at least 2–3 years leading the function for a consumer brand
  • Track record of growing organic traffic and revenue at scale, with demonstrable commercial impact
  • Strong across all three pillars: content, technical and off-page
  • Experience shaping content strategy and partnering with editorial, brand and product
  • Sharp point of view on AI search (LLM visibility, AI Overviews, GEO) and how it’s reshaping the discipline
  • Strong commercial communicator — can earn the trust of finance, product and engineering
  • Demonstrable use of AI in your SEO workflow
  • Experience in financial services, regulated, or YMYL categories
  • Experience building an SEO function from scratch
  • Experience hiring and managing technical SEO and content specialists
  • Programmatic SEO experience
