- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in platform engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of building internal platforms used by multiple teams and driving cross-team adoption of new technologies
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools for real-world production services
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agent workflows, and establishing evaluation and guardrails for AI systems
- Experience in technical leadership, including leading cross-functional teams and aligning groups around engineering standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and educate engineers
- Data-driven mindset with experience creating and measuring KPIs to increase team velocity
- Ability to define and execute strategy, translating a high-level vision into a clear roadmap and execution plan
