We create digital solutions including virtual training platforms, digital twins, AR/VR/3D and AI products used by global enterprises. We are expanding into new industries and looking for a Head of Sales to drive growth and lead the sales direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team (Account Managers, SDRs)
  • Manage and scale the distributed sales team across Europe
  • Develop sales plans, forecasts, and KPI reporting for strategic planning
  • Personally support closing enterprise deals (€100K+)
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, HR, and Marketing teams
  • Define inbound lead requirements together with Marketing
  • Ensure full visibility of the sales pipeline in CRM systems
  • Build strong partnerships with key clients and new businesses

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales/business development leadership roles within an IT services company
  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Experience with product-based or ready-made solutions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Ukrainian language proficiency is required for internal communication
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Growth-oriented and proactive mindset
