We create digital solutions including virtual training platforms, digital twins, AR/VR/3D and AI products used by global enterprises. We are expanding into new industries and looking for a Head of Sales to drive growth and lead the sales direction.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth goals
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team (Account Managers, SDRs)
- Manage and scale the distributed sales team across Europe
- Develop sales plans, forecasts, and KPI reporting for strategic planning
- Personally support closing enterprise deals (€100K+)
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, HR, and Marketing teams
- Define inbound lead requirements together with Marketing
- Ensure full visibility of the sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Build strong partnerships with key clients and new businesses
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development leadership roles within an IT services company
- Proven track record in B2B sales
- Experience with product-based or ready-made solutions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Ukrainian language proficiency is required for internal communication
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
