Overview

We are seeking an Automation Tester in Java to strengthen our team's efforts in delivering reliable and high-performing software solutions.

In this role, you will partner with developers and stakeholders to shape effective testing strategies, ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. This position provides a dynamic opportunity to utilize your skills in automation testing and contribute to evolving testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment of testing processes with project goals
  • Assess testing requirements and formulate detailed test plans across all stages of the software development lifecycle
  • Create and sustain automation test scripts for testing E2E and REST services
  • Report test execution results, addressing identified issues effectively
  • Refine testing methodologies and tools to enhance team productivity
  • Integrate testing procedures into DevOps workflows and pipelines for streamlined delivery

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of expertise in automation testing
  • Skills in Java development and application of SOLID principles
  • Background in employing the SCOTT Pyramid for testing strategies
  • Knowledge of managing databases in testing contexts
  • Understanding and application of Clean Architecture principles
  • Showcase of automating tests for E2E and REST services
  • Competency in documenting and executing test certification processes
  • Experience with AWS services
  • Familiarity with the Screenplay design pattern for test automation
  • Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Gherkin, and Cucumber
  • Capability to work with DevOps tools and workflows
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, at a B2 level or higher

  • Expertise in handling CI/CD pipelines
  • Background in version control systems like Git
  • Capability to manage and analyze risk matrices
  • Proficiency in designing and developing use cases
