Overview
We're looking for an AWS Alliance Director to join our team in London, UK in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will be responsible for driving EPAM's AWS partnership strategy across the EMEA region, strengthening relationships with AWS leaders and accelerating joint business growth. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape digital transformation initiatives, influence go-to-market strategies and expand EPAM’s market presence by delivering innovative, AWS-driven solutions that enable measurable business outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the growth and strategic expansion of EPAM’s AWS partnership across EMEA
- Lead alliance engagement internally and externally, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and AWS partner frameworks
- Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with AWS leadership and EPAM stakeholders
- Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with AWS and internal teams to accelerate pipeline growth and client acquisition
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and consulting teams to deliver strategic initiatives that maximize joint business opportunities
- Partner with AWS technology and industry consulting teams to create differentiated offerings and drive innovation across client accounts
- Manage key performance indicators, including AWS Partner KPIs and EPAM-specific metrics
- Represent EPAM at AWS partner events, executive forums and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate with operations teams to manage deal registration, ensure alliance compliance and deliver impactful business reviews
- Track AWS ecosystem developments and market trends to proactively shape strategic direction and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology ecosystems, partnerships or channel management
- 5+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, alliances or business development with proven AWS expertise
- Strong ability to operate within complex organizations and deliver results in cross-functional environments
- Experience in consulting-led sales or system integration environments
- Established network and prior experience engaging AWS stakeholders within EMEA
- Advanced business development and relationship management skills, including pipeline and partnership growth execution
- Excellent communication, presentation and executive influencing skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Hands-on experience working within AWS or the AWS partner ecosystem
- Familiarity with emerging AWS technologies and cloud transformation best practices
