We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team. We’re an international team, and this role involves working across all HR processes while actively supporting our managers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and improving HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Supporting recruitment together with a TA specialist
  • Working on employee engagement and retention
  • Partnering with managers on people-related topics
  • Driving culture and internal initiatives
  • Ensuring HR policies and compliance

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of HR experience
  • Speaks English (B1+) and Russian
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Is organized and people-oriented
