Overview
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (Salesforce + eCommerce) to take ownership of the architectural vision across CRM/CX and Digital channels, anchored by Salesforce as the central platform. You will be responsible for crafting a unified, future-ready architecture that connects products and systems throughout the customer-facing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Craft comprehensive CX blueprints covering Salesforce CRM alongside Digital channels such as eCommerce and portals
- Convert key business functions like sales planning, pricing and customer data management into well-aligned platform solutions
- Engineer fluid omnichannel experiences supported by solid architectural underpinnings
- Outline integration approaches that link CRM, eCommerce, Order Management together with Pricing & analytics layers
- Perform thorough fit-gap evaluations against the current technology stack
- Lead the structuring of product taxonomies, weighing global consistency against regional variations
- Work alongside the Enterprise Architect to formalize integration models (API-led, event-driven) and the overall target architecture blueprint
- Safeguard scalable design principles that accommodate multiple regions and markets
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience working as a Solution Architect
- Strong command over Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Hands-on background with eCommerce technologies such as SAP Commerce, Adobe and commercetools
- Confident understanding of omnichannel journeys and broader CX landscapes
- Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise integrations leveraging APIs and middleware tools
- Skill in shaping resilient, scalable architectures that operate across multiple platforms

- Practical involvement with composable or headless architecture models
- Participation in international template rollout programs
- Working knowledge of customer journey design and UX principles
- Familiarity with the pricing, loyalty or customer data spaces
