Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Architect to design and oversee end-to-end architecture, integration, and technical delivery of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP CX capabilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable system designs that align with the overall enterprise landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of SAP C4C (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) solutions
- Define solution architecture, integration strategy and technical design in alignment with enterprise systems (S/4HANA, SAP CRM, SAP FSM, SAP BTP, middleware, third-party apps)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee and review development activities, including custom logic, UI enhancements and extension fields
- Design and implement integrations using SAP CPI, web services (OData, SOAP) and APIs
- Ensure system performance, scalability and adherence to SAP best practices ("clean core" and extensibility principles)
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring and architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay current with the SAP CX roadmap, innovations and integration patterns across the SAP ecosystem
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with SAP Cloud for Customer (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Proven background in designing complex SAP C4C landscapes with strong integration components
- Knowledge of SAP CPI capabilities and related integration frameworks
- Understanding of S/4HANA processes and data models relevant to customer engagement scenarios
- Hands-on experience with OData services, system configuration, data migration and performance optimization
- Capability to produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams and integration designs
- Strong analytical, communication and client-facing skills
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1)

- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Cloud for Customer
- Exposure to SAP CX portfolio (Marketing Cloud, Emarsys, Commerce Cloud)
- Familiarity with modern integration practices (REST APIs, event-driven architecture)
- Experience in agile methodologies and SAP Activate framework
- Background in software engineering, system integration or cloud development
