An international brokerage company with offices across multiple jurisdictions is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel\Lawyer.

Responsibilities:
- Legal support for investment products and business activities
- Analyze legislation across jurisdictions (financial, corporate, tax, licensing, regulatory)
- Draft, review, and advise on legal documents and transactions in English
- Participate in M&A, investment deals, and corporate restructurings
- Support licensing processes and regulatory interactions
- Support compliance, AML, and KYC with banks, regulators, and counterparties
- Prepare legal opinions, memorandums, and advisory notes
- Liaise with service providers, regulators, banks, auditors, and authorities
Requirements:
- Law degree; 10+ years of relevant legal experience
- Background in financial regulation, brokerage, or capital markets is an advantage
- Experience in M&A and/or investment transactions
- Proven experience with multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks
- Experience interacting with regulators and financial institutions
- Fluent Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and manage complex legal matters with a high level of autonomy
- High work capacity and resilience, proactive mindset, responsibility and accountability.
