The IT Service Manager will contribute to the effective management of business customers' equipment, daily service quality assurance, and decision-making improvement in a remote work management team.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Windows, macOS equipment centralized management and resolving 2nd level (L2) requests
  • Technical knowledge in automating recurring tasks
  • Familiarity with centralized management tools (Intune, RMM, MDM)
  • Good command of Lithuanian and English languages (spoken and written)
  • Ability to independently take technical decisions and work with business customers
