Requirements
- Manage the implementation of standard configurations and custom development on Salesforce, including data migration.
- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring interconnectivity in a multi-ORG environment.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to identify and implement solutions for business process changes or requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on Salesforce resources and features to ensure ideal platform use.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
