Lead the company's worldwide CAD business, advancing adoption of PTC's industry-leading Computer-Aided Design (CAD) solutions and continuing a track record of accelerated, double-digit growth.
What You Will Do
Define and execute a global CAD strategy, build and lead a high-performing global organization, and partner across the enterprise to drive significant growth in ACV, market share, and customer success.

- Experience driving global transformation initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
- Proficiency with enterprise sales tools (SFDC, Clari, analytics platforms).
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to operate across regions, cultures, and functions.
- 10+ years of experience in CAD, engineering software, or digital engineering domains, with progressive leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of leading global sales organizations and exceeding revenue targets at scale.
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams and developing senior leaders.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite level with customers and partners.
