We are seeking a consultative, customer-focused Sales Engineer to help enterprise organizations modernize their infrastructure operations through API-driven automation, AI-assisted operational intelligence, and integrated DDI solutions. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the customer lifecycle and collaborating with various teams to help customers simplify operations, accelerate automation, and drive measurable business value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales engineering, infrastructure/network engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing architecture roles
  • Experience designing enterprise solutions for networking, cloud, security, automation, or systems integration
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with enterprise stakeholders
  • Executive communication skills — able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
