Almond Recruitment, on behalf of a Digital Marketing client, is seeking a Russian speaking Marketing Manager to join their Limassol office. The successful candidate will report to the CMO and manage a team of marketing specialists, playing a key role in scaling performance across multiple channels within the i-gaming industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CMO and media buyers to plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Assist the acquisition team with the planning, coordination, and delivery of Email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on core performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, churn, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms; manage and allocate monthly budgets in alignment with performance targets.
  • Coordinate content production and oversee landing page optimisation through A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring all creatives and promotional materials comply with advertising regulations in target markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM platform to evaluate campaign effectiveness and enhance client lifecycle and retention strategies.
  • Track competitor activity, analyse GEO-level performance, and stay informed on market trends; prepare structured monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within iGaming or Fintech environments.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across at least 2–3 channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, affiliates).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data using marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar solutions is considered an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing systems, with a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing’s role in supporting acquisition efforts.
  • Fluency in English and Russian languages are required.
  • Spanish is an advantage for LATAM-focused campaigns.
