••••••• (•••••••••••••••) is a global SaaS cybersecurity company. We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join a QA team of 7 engineers and take ownership of product quality for a large-scale SaaS product.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual testing across UI, APIs, integrations, and backend-driven workflows.
  • Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria; identify risks and gaps with PO/PM/Dev.
  • Own and maintain test documentation in Zephyr: create, review, update test cases and checklists; develop and manage test plans and test cycles; prepare test result reports when required.
  • Validate data integrity and system behavior using database queries.
  • Run and analyze automated test results to identify problem areas and support root-cause analysis and prioritization.
  • Review product documentation and suggest improvements; deliver short demos or walkthroughs when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of manual QA experience in Web/SaaS products (CRM/eCommerce a plus).
  • Strong test design skills (exploratory, risk-based, negative scenarios, regression) and solid bug reporting.
  • Web fundamentals: HTTP, DevTools (Network/Console), basic HTML/CSS; general understanding of Java.
  • Databases mandatory: understanding core DB concepts and hands-on verification using PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with test plan / test cycle / test case concepts and Zephyr.
  • Critical thinking, initiative, and ability to read and improve documentation.
  • English: Intermediate+.

Tooling (used daily): Jira, Zephyr, PostgreSQL/database tools, Browser DevTools (Chrome/Firefox), CI/automated test runs.

Nice to have: Postman, Swagger, Confluence, Jenkins, exposure to test automation, AI tools for QA, cloud basics (AWS/GCP/Azure), deeper SQL, ability to read Java code.

Conditions / Benefits: Hybrid position (Lisbon office) with relocation support after trial period if not currently in Portugal.
