We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help deliver Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions by translating business needs into actionable Agile work items. You will partner with stakeholders to shape scope, maintain a prioritized backlog, and ensure end-to-end traceability—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into clear Agile user stories with acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog with the Solution Architect and Project Manager
- Clarify scope by defining in-scope and out-of-scope functionality
- Identify dependencies and communicate impacts to planning and delivery
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, user stories, configuration, and testing outcomes
- Align stakeholders on requirements, priorities, and scope decisions
- Support Agile planning by preparing well-structured backlog items for delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst translating business requirements into Agile user stories
- Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud initiatives or requirements for Sales Cloud features
- Strong requirements traceability skills across requirements, user stories, configuration, and testing outcomes
- Strong analytical skills to identify dependencies and clarify in-scope vs out-of-scope functionality
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for daily collaboration and documentation
