Senior CRM & Retention Manager role in a fast-growing product company (under NDA).

Location: Cyprus

Role: Own retention strategy, influence product growth, and work closely with leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in CRM within iGaming / Casino / Sweepstakes
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience with retention, reactivation & player lifecycle campaigns
  • Segmentation & personalization experience
  • A/B testing & data-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools like Smartico, Fast Track, Braze, Optimove, Customer, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong analytical thinking & campaign optimization skills
  • Understanding of loyalty / VIP / gamification mechanics is a plus
