Senior CRM & Retention Manager role in a fast-growing product company (under NDA).
Location: Cyprus
Role: Own retention strategy, influence product growth, and work closely with leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in CRM within iGaming / Casino / Sweepstakes
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with retention, reactivation & player lifecycle campaigns
- Segmentation & personalization experience
- A/B testing & data-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM tools like Smartico, Fast Track, Braze, Optimove, Customer, etc.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong analytical thinking & campaign optimization skills
- Understanding of loyalty / VIP / gamification mechanics is a plus
