Senior Compensation Analyst part-time contracting role to implement, manage and improve compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

  • Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy
  • Utilize data-based methods to make decisions on compensation plans
  • Support recruitment and talent management activities
  • Support budgets and financial analysis of compensation and benefit plans
  • Ensure compliance of compensation and benefit programs with applicable laws and regulations
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys
  • Conduct ongoing research and report on emerging trends and best practices
  • Assess competitors' compensation and benefits plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise to key stakeholders
  • Experience working with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Solid knowledge of compensation data submission processes
  • Practical experience with Mercer and BDO compensation surveys
  • Proven capability in job matching and benchmarking
  • Familiarity with different benchmarking methodologies
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable outcomes
  • Structured and process-oriented approach to compensation operations
  • Effective collaboration with HR, Reward, and business stakeholders
