Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Eight or more years of compensation experience
  • Advanced Excel expertise, including complex formulas, modeling, and data analysis
  • Power BI proficiency for data visualization and business insights
  • Forecasting and predictive analytics experience to support compensation planning
  • Automation experience to streamline compensation processes and reporting
  • Ability to assess, evaluate, and deliver data driven recommendations for compensation decisions
  • Compensation reporting experience, including stakeholder ready outputs
  • Dashboard development experience to monitor trends, effectiveness, and outcomes
  • Experience leveraging Aon and Mercer surveys for submission, benchmarking, and competitive pay structure development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on compensation issues
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team and lead others
  • Ability to understand and apply federal, state and local changes and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to human resources
