Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight or more years of compensation experience
- Advanced Excel expertise, including complex formulas, modeling, and data analysis
- Power BI proficiency for data visualization and business insights
- Forecasting and predictive analytics experience to support compensation planning
- Automation experience to streamline compensation processes and reporting
- Ability to assess, evaluate, and deliver data driven recommendations for compensation decisions
- Compensation reporting experience, including stakeholder ready outputs
- Dashboard development experience to monitor trends, effectiveness, and outcomes
- Experience leveraging Aon and Mercer surveys for submission, benchmarking, and competitive pay structure development
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with management and employees on compensation issues
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and lead others
- Ability to understand and apply federal, state and local changes and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to human resources
