We’re looking for a hands-on Senior QA Manager - Mobile Games to join our talented and passionate team and own QA for one of our largest live mobile puzzle games across iOS and Android.
Responsibilities:
- Own QA for a live mobile game across iOS and Android; ensure high-quality releases via test planning, execution, regression testing, and staged rollout support
- Define practical QA coverage for devices, OS versions, store builds, SDKs, ads, IAPs, analytics, and remote config
- Identify, prioritize, and document issues with clear, actionable bug reports
- Drive QA automation and continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners
- Monitor live quality, investigate crashes, ANRs, performance issues, and prevent regressions
- Provide release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations; maintain test documentation, release reports, and changelogs in Jira & Confluence
- Champion a quality-first mindset across the team
Requirements / Profile:
- 5+ years in mobile games QA, ideally on live-operated F2P titles
- Strong expertise in mobile testing across iOS and Android, including App Store and Google Play release flows, TestFlight, testing tracks and staged rollouts
- Hands-on experience with IAP flows, ad mediation, ATT/consent frameworks, and attribution SDKs
- Experience with QA automation, Unity games, and building/owning automation frameworks (e.g. Appium, Unity Test Framework)
- Experience with crash reporting and monitoring tools (e.g. Firebase, Crashlytics, DataDog) and strong understanding of crashes, ANRs and performance issues
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence and modern AI tools to improve testing and documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and English communication skills
- Experience working with external QA vendors or distributed QA teams
