Delivery Hero is recruiting a Senior Technical Product Manager to define the product vision and roadmap for agentic developer tools and drive adoption of AI-guided feature generation. Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany (hybrid role — 2 days/week in office).
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap for agentic IDEs and CLIs to transition teams to AI-guided feature generation.
- Conduct deep-dive user research across global entities to identify friction points in developer experience.
- Define and track success metrics including PR velocity, Time-to-Market, and Human-to-AI code ratios.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize internal data source integrations for the agentic ecosystem.
- Lead go-to-market and internal adoption strategies, including upskilling programs and feedback loops.
- Align with tech leadership to ensure security, reliability, and scalability of the agentic stack.
Requirements:
- Experience in Product Management, ideally within Developer Tools, Internal Platforms, or B2B SaaS.
- Strong conceptual understanding of modern dev workflows including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and IDE environments.
- Foundational understanding of Large Language Models and agentic workflows.
- Ability to use data-informed decision-making to prioritize backlogs and drive adoption.
- Strong communication/storytelling to evangelize technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany for a hybrid role.
