SATashkent is seeking a motivated Flutter Developer with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our mobile development team. This role is ideal for a developer who can work independently, owns features end-to-end, and has hands-on experience shipping apps to production.

Flutter Developer (1-2 years experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Work independently on assigned features from design to deployment
  • Publish and maintain releases on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including provisioning profiles, signing, store listings, and review submissions
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to integrate REST APIs and implement new features
  • Participate in code reviews, branching strategies, and pull request workflows on GitHub as part of a team
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance across iOS and Android
  • Maintain app stability through testing, crash monitoring, and timely updates

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience building and shipping Flutter applications
  • Solid understanding of Dart, Flutter widgets, state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar), and asynchronous programming
  • Proven experience publishing apps to the App Store and Play Store (independent submissions, not just assisting)
  • Comfortable working independently, managing tasks, and delivering features with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub in a team setting: branching, pull requests, code reviews, conflict resolution
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication, caching, and offline behavior
  • Familiarity with platform-specific configuration (iOS Info.plist, Android manifest, permissions, push notifications)
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) for platform channel work
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics)
