Figure is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for the Servicing team to build scalable, gold-standard servicing datasets and analytics.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and implement robust data models that transform raw servicing logs into structured, gold-standard datasets.
  • Build and maintain scalable frameworks to monitor delinquency trends, roll rates, and recovery performance.
  • Write high-performance BigQuery SQL and design intuitive Tableau dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Create and document standardized data schemas to ensure a single source of truth for servicing metrics.
  • Translate complex operational workflows into logical data structures to drive measurable financial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience using data to drive business impact, specifically within loan servicing, collections, or operational analytics.
  • Deep proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery), including complex joins, subqueries, and window functions.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain structured datasets and schemas from operational logs.
  • Experience building dashboards (Tableau) to visualize roll rates, delinquency buckets, and agent productivity.
  • Strong understanding of servicing-specific metrics (NCO, recovery rates, payoff behaviors, loss mitigation).
  • Proven fintech or financial services experience and familiarity with Credit/Risk and Capital Markets data flows.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automating reports; experience with experimental/A-B testing and cohort analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex servicing trends to technical and operational stakeholders and work in a fast-moving environment.
