Element is seeking an Enhanced Direct Enrollment Product Owner to support a federal government healthcare program. The role requires experience in regulated healthcare environments, strong Agile product ownership skills, and a proven track record of managing workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8–12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles
- At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government healthcare programs
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Must reside in the Continental US
