Fast-growing fintech company operating across global payment markets is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead global sales strategy and accelerate international growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global sales strategies
- Build and scale an international sales team
- Drive new business across fintech, payments, and iGaming
- Establish partnerships with PSPs, merchants, acquirers, and tech providers
- Lead commercial negotiations and close enterprise deals
- Expand into new international markets
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and operations teams
- Monitor market trends and emerging payment technologies
Requirements:
- Proven senior sales leadership experience in fintech/payments/iGaming
- Strong industry network within the payments ecosystem
- Deep understanding of APMs, card acquiring, and crypto payments
- Strong track record in closing high-value deals
- Experience building high-performing sales teams
- International business development experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
