Newmedica is seeking a Construction and Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to join their team. This is a remote role with regular national travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a varied portfolio of projects, including new clinics, refurbishments, and facilities maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations such as the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015
  • Knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts
